My goal as a teacher is to embody the collective energy of the room, to hold safe space and deliver a soft yet powerful experience each class. I aim to provide clear instructors and cues for alignment and transitions to empower my students to move in a way that feels good to you. For this series, the goal is to expand your heart, your mind and create space for who you truly are — your inner essence. Shedding layers of what is no longer needed just as the trees release their leaves. We will learn to connect to the power of your breath to become aware of your mind and the chatter it creates. To embody duality and balance through body and mind. And to find that inner light within you that yearns to be bright.
